Kula Shaker blends eastern sounds with western coolness. The vocals are thin, tender and sensitive. The sounds of the keys are well chosen. The record itself is special because of its release during the nineties. Where seatle grunge was cool. Divorce, depression and uselesness were the keywords that time.
All of a sudden there was this warm sound and songs bout Love. Even the band Live copied this essence.
