1. Knightlife is an Australian House DJ from Melbourne signed to Cutters Records. Biggest record is “All Systems”. Remixes include tracks from Alex Gopher, Cut Copy, Bag Raiders and Midnight Juggernauts.

Knightlife “Idol Maker”

In a land far far away, somewhere on the gritty streets of Hollywood, nestled snuggly between the casting couch and signs that read: “Will work for beer”, Knightlife Music production team London and Pren’tis Knight set up shop with one goal in mind, TOTAL WORLD DOMINATION…LOL:) ok not really but you gotta admit the intro had drama.

Though “Idol Maker” is officially Knightlife’s debut release, for London this is certainly not his first forey into the music landscape. With three previous solo releases, and crafting hit records at the helm for artists like B2K, Marques Houston, and developing his own label and stable of artists for over 10 years, London is a war tested industry vet.

It is with this in mind that Knightlife’s debut “Idol Maker” takes shape. From the lead off track “One Love” it is clear Knightlife’s reason for existence is to make the masses move. Pren’tis Knight takes the helm on “Doin Da Most” delivering flawless flavor on this ode to “Independent Women”.

    Shit, I had been flagging things for awhile now. I think I overused my flag privileges (though I believe all of my claims legitimate) because nothing I flag is ever corrected any longer. I mean, there are countless grammatical and technical errors throughout this website...of the admins aren't going to fix them, and if they refuse to listen to the loyal grammar nazis (though we may be few, we are efficient!) because our complaints, though sometimes over minute or "trivial" details, are nevertheless over legitimate errors requiring correction. Last.fm is supposed to be foremost in cataloging musical listening habits, events, and other pertinent information. If they start ignoring popular trend, and ignoring the small but loyal base of language/communication enthusiasts, they are going to lose 80% of the important information on their website (or at least it will become poorly written information.)
