There are at least four groups by the name Kluster.

1) Kluster was a pioneering Krautrock band formed by luminaries Dieter Moebius, Hans-Joachim Roedelius, and Conrad Schnitzler in 1969. After three albums, Moebius and Roedelius left Schnitzler to pursue their own project under the name Cluster. Schnitzler continued to use the Kluster name for his collaborations with Wolfgang Seidl and Klaus Freudigmann in the early 70s, two albums from this period being released in the 2000s. Schnitzler reprised the Kluster name in 2007 for a project of his featuring American musician Michael Thomas Roe and Japanese musician Mataso Ooyama, releasing four limited edition CDR albums. Schnitzler came under criticism for what many saw as his attempts to leach off the reputation of his ex-bandmates in Cluster through his use of the Kluster name after 1971. The original Kluster was hugely influential to any number of ambient, electronic, or experimental musicians.
In total nine albums have been released under the Kluster name: Klopfzeichen (1970), Zwei Osterei (1971), Eruption (1971, live), Vulcano (2008, live, rec. 1971), Admira (2008, rec. 1972), Kluster 2007 (2008), Kluster 2008 (2009), Kluster 2009: Three Voices (2010), Kluster 2010 (2011).

2) Kluster is the Finnish project formed in 2001 featuring accordion dynamo Kimmo Pohjonen and sampling guru Samuli Kosminen.

My review of Eruption. It's my favorite Kluster album, unfortunately it's not listed here in the discography.

After working my way through many of those experimental 70's german bands (including Cluster), I finally arrive at Kluster. Why did I not come to this band sooner??? The 1970-1971 3-disc set is so great. Such innovative experimental music, what a stunning band!

I've got the Kluster: 1970-1971 boxset which is really great with excellent sleeve notes by Stephen Illife, contains Klopfzeichen, Zwei-Osterei and Eruption (my favourite). Excellent music, highly recommended.

wow, the new Kluster is amazing, much better than the original, and that was GOOD. (for those who don't know, in 2007 Conrad Schnitzler (who was in the original Kluster) got together with two like-minds, Michael Roe and Masato Ooyama, to record music and the result reminded him so strongly of the original group that he contacted Moebius and Roedelius and asked if he could use the name. They've done three albums, Kluster 2007, Kluster 2008 and Kluster 2009. 2007 is available on iTunes, Kluster 2008 is a limited edition of 200 (not sold out) and Kluster 2009 is a limited edition of 50 (I don't know.))

Am I wrong or is Kluster (German) the first band to play industrial and dark ambient music (in 1969)?

German Kluster is pretty experimental, they range from dark ambient to industrial to avantgarde. Not an easy listen.

Listening to (psytrance) Kluster right now, pretty nice music. And it's indeed not darkpsy, it's darkfullon.

and I think the remix stuff is just remix stuff, maybe by someone else, and not of Klusters responsibility

well I guess you just can't type this music retrospectively with today's laws. these guys didn't do darkpsy or sth, they were just discovering a completely new dimension of music, just as Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream and all the others who first used the synthesizer for popular music compositions.
