  • After working my way through many of those experimental 70's german bands (including Cluster), I finally arrive at Kluster. Why did I not come to this band sooner??? The 1970-1971 3-disc set is so great. Such innovative experimental music, what a stunning band!
  • Also just bought Vulcano (Live in Wuppertal 1971) and Admira 1971
  • I've got the Kluster: 1970-1971 boxset which is really great with excellent sleeve notes by Stephen Illife, contains Klopfzeichen, Zwei-Osterei and Eruption (my favourite). Excellent music, highly recommended.
  • wow, the new Kluster is amazing, much better than the original, and that was GOOD. (for those who don't know, in 2007 Conrad Schnitzler (who was in the original Kluster) got together with two like-minds, Michael Roe and Masato Ooyama, to record music and the result reminded him so strongly of the original group that he contacted Moebius and Roedelius and asked if he could use the name. They've done three albums, Kluster 2007, Kluster 2008 and Kluster 2009. 2007 is available on iTunes, Kluster 2008 is a limited edition of 200 (not sold out) and Kluster 2009 is a limited edition of 50 (I don't know.))
  • just dl the entire box set. Will not a free minute for a while.
  • new box set is amazing.
  • Am I wrong or is Kluster (German) the first band to play industrial and dark ambient music (in 1969)?
  • So abstract, raw & powerful. Great (German) Kluster, i mean.
  • Wiener Festwochen
