About this album
Hunters of the Moment is 7 tracks of fluid, off the cuff improvised rock, consisting of drums, cajon, bass and several guitars. Ranging from heavy bass and crunchy melodic guitars to quite mellow and slide-country-ish, always with rhythm. This instrumental album has hints of hawkwind, Steve Hillage and David Gilmour about it. Energetic yet meditative with some beautiful moments.
The title - Hunters of the Moment - comes from the idea that the process of improvising music is about trying to bring about a piece that will contain at least a few interesting or even magical moments within it. Hence: Hunters of the Moment.
