I find lots to love and little to dislike - listened to Octobre straight through perhaps 20 times now, and I can't say that for many other albums in my library.

Quite relaxing and composed, nicely floating up and down, building up, no outburst though except in Section C ... yet a composed outburst ... not overdone. I like the screaming guitars (could use just a little more distortion), good rhythmed drums. I think it'll become better with listening. Keyword: Composed.

Paint by the numbers post-rock, eminently listenable, but I am not sure if it will be in my rotation. Giving Octobre a second go right now.

I have the feeling I've heard this many times before [2] They certainly sound as a generic-telecaster + full-time Line 6 delay pedal-boring-4/4 120 BPM Tempo(Surprisingly they aren't Russians =P) post-rock band... sound which I enjoy and never get bored of listen =)
