Nasty (3:34)
From Courting the Muse
Loosely inspired by the work of Morrissey and entitled with a play on the real-life target’s last name, “Nasty” is another one of Cryderman’s melancomic songs, here simultaneously reveling in melancholic self-loathing and using it sarcastically and ironically as a musical comeback line to a disproportionate rejection for a minute glimmer of romantic overture.
