    @decay_man not only do I think that's not possible (I'm sure they weren't micing his voice separately from the piano) but I don't think they would ever consider doing that. I understand the desire for that though, even though it doesn't bother me. What I'd like for ECM to do is not include minutes and minutes of applause in the recordings.

    Also, I find his humming endearing. I couldn't figure out what it was the first time I listened to the piece, I thought it was some sort of sympathetic (in the technical sense of the word) vibration in something around the microphone.
