Kazual weaves the sound of classic soul, with a pop sense reminiscent of Jamiroquai, Seal, Rufus and Curtis Mayfield. Fronted by British born Kaz Silver (Manchester, England) and comprised of a NYC based band whose credits include Brian Mcknight, Bo Diddley, D’angelo, Taylor Dayne, Joe Jackson, PM Dawn and Ricky Martin, the band was formed by Kaz and guitarist Nunzio Signore.

The album ‘Kazually Speaking’ written & produced by Kaz & Nunzio, was recorded in their own Brooklyn based ‘Bagua Studios’ over a 2 year period. The tracks range from dance to slow jams showcasing Kaz’s rich vocals and the band’s improvisational ability.

The sound of Kazual was birthed by the duos love for Northern Soul, and a blend of modern R&B mixed in. Bass Player Peter Willamson, Drummer Rich Monica and Keyboard Player Ben Stivers add a dynamic component that completed the sound they were looking for.

The group has been frequenting the New York club scene for the last year and the response has been only positive. As Kazual gains more fans, the band realizes the next step is to get on the road. Watch out for news of the album, and live performances soon!!
