  • Floodgate is one sick tune
  • revisited Coffins On Io in its entirety today, well, still the weakest KD effort.
  • "Hubardo" is an insurmountable masterpiece
  • Full set I shot last month, first show of their recent west coast tour. http://sweetbreadproductions.com/joomla/index.php/music/live-reviews-and-bootlegs/171-kayo-dot-full-set-6-25-2015
  • Excellent!
  • v It's NYC. People come to concerts to flaunt themselves and brag about it later on social medias.
  • They seem to search more melody in their music lately, this is not a bad thing. Aurora is beautiful and calming, however it sounds like a sort of jam session which came out from Coffins on Io indeed. Anyway, how come people talk like they were into a bar at their shows?
  • Another ugly, heavy record would be fantastic. Hubardo was fucking amazing, almost obscured by the fact it was followed up so quickly by Coffins on Io on an actual label. Pls Toby.
  • if aurora is what the new album is going to sound like then I'm genuinely disappointed. every KD record was always a huge step forward from the previous one -- would be sad if the new album is coffins on io pt.2 (which aurora sounds to me like)
  • Aurora is quite addictive puts me in a dream like state. I have no idea where the 9 minutes goes, it just flys by so quickly. Looking forward to the new album whenever it is, hopefully 2015.
