  • Almost nothing in the "Top Tracks" is solo, and nor is the album. This is an unpleasant way to exclude her sister from their joint recordings.
  • "As there are no solo recordings by Anna or Kate McGarrigle, there's nothing to be scrobbled." - but there are live solo stuff, such as Kate singing "Manhã de Carnaval", when she toured Brazil along Rufus and Martha.
  • RIP
  • How sad the news that she died. She was one of my lifetime favourites. 'Heart Like a Wheel' is one of finest songs ever written, a true classic. 'Complainte Pour Ste Catherine' made me feel happy everytime I heard it on the radio back in 1975.
  • RIP, You will be missed.
  • This isn't an encyclopaedia; it's a music site which has profile pages for artists whose work is scrobbled by members. As there are no solo recordings by Anna or Kate McGarrigle, there's nothing to be scrobbled. Moreover the statistics on artists' work is distorted by this artificial, somewhat PC insistence on adding separate profiles in addition to the (correct) dual profile.
  • Why is Kate McGarrigle (a distinct person from Anna - and with her own relavant career, marriage, son & daughter and so forth) uneditable biography-wise?. I think of Kate & Anna as a collaboration between distinct personalities who happen to be related. So I think the Keep Stats Clean thing is out of line. Unless you applied it to Anna. And to various combos like K&Rufus or K&Martha
  • Why is Kate McGarrigle on her own, wrongly given sole credit for two albums?
