Tears came to my eyes as I listened to Cut Clouds on the top deck of the 212 while it waited at the lights to turn right onto the Forest Road. Edgeland is a moving and beautiful work, saturated with the pathos and pain of ordinary lives lived in the liminal spaces of our world. It's leavened with just enough hope (like rays of light breaking unexpected through grey clouds) to make its darkness bearable.
