There are at least 3 groups named K3:

1. K3 is a Belgian Satanic Black metal ban formed in 1998, originally having Karel, Krinkel and Kathalubegor as singers. Nowadays it consists of the members Satan, Lucifer and that other one . Josje became the new Satanist after Krinkel was caught writing ‘’Satan’’ on a basketball in 2009. To replace her, Belgium and the Netherlands organised a Wet t-shirt contest’, that was won by Josje. Originally they formed as a group for a Eurosong Festival contest, which they did not win. Soon after they gained popularity as group playing satanic music for kids at the age of 4. Now they only target a children audience, with great succes. At least 137 basketballs were found dead in an alley with the words ‘’Satan Prometheus’’ written on them. Because they are Norwegian, all songs are in Dutch. They have released 6 CDs in totalm which each sold 6 times. They changed their genre 6 times, as well.

2. Hungarian instrumental progressive metal group. Their latest album “Under A Spell” has come out in 2007 and features Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater). Janos Kallai founded his own band in 1995. Since the very beginning the intention was to play instrumental rock music in a trio. Initially on the concerts the band mostly played their own songs, but later the repertoire also comprised Joe Satriani songs. Joe Satriani, a significant person in the bands life, continues to have enormous influence on the band.
