Jonna Lee is an artist, songwriter and producer from Sweden.
She has released two low key albums in her own name between the years 2007-2009 on the Swedish indie label Razzia records that she left after releasing her second album.
She is now known as the front person and creator of the audiovisual project iamamiwhoami.
Jonna Lee has not made a statement in the press since late 2009 so this has however not been officially confirmed. The latest interview with Jonna Lee was prior to iamamiwhoami, in 2009, made by Spinner.com before SXSW 2010. She has not played a show or made a public appearance since.
iamamiwhoami are since 2011 signed to D-E-F management in London, UK that also manage artists like Fever Ray, Moby, M83 and the Knife.
Performing a Whois query on the domain name iambounty.com reveals it was registered by Lee on June 23, 2009. Jonna was also found in ASCAP’s song credits directory to be the songwriter for songs like “Little Hope” and “The sound of letting go” that are suspected to be iamamiwhoami singles.
