    What a very talented musician, singer, songwriter this man truly was......I loved "The Monkees", so did my dear old dad, "Daydream Believer" was a favourite of ours."California Bloodlines"is a good all round song.!!!

    Delete if you will, Summers person, but John Stewart was a great artist, with a huge wonderful body of work. For those of us who love his music, and have been listening to him for 40 years, his 71 year old voice is still treasured. The musical soul transcends the younger vocal chords. Enjoy.

    This is an absolutely lovely song, but this live version with his aging voice simply ruins the song. The silly falsetto thing he does doesn't help it any, either. A better version is here:

    Am I still unique in liking this song? Maybe I need to be placed in glass bottle and treated as a collectors item. I look forward to giving this song 'a shout' in a few weeks time.
