From Extrapolation..a fantastic listen. I also recently picked up a trio cd recorded at Ronnie Scott's featuring John, Danny Thompson, and Tony Roberts in 1967 playing standards by Miles, Coltrane, Parker etc.. Not a great recording but very interesting.

Funny? It's hilararious. So laughable and comical, a paradox against gravity, a resounding elevation above all that is negative and dark and shallow, a wonderfully soaring, vibrant crescendo of intuitive joy and love emanating from this master of the jazz fused electronic wizardary that is the double necked gutar.
