JoeBryant is a lo-fi artist from St. Charles Missouri. His first demo was released at age 14 with one shots of some songs that later became a part of The Icarus Secret’s discography. After almost 6 years as The Icarus Secret Joe went back to being a solo artist. In 2010 he reemerged post Icarus Secret with the release of his These Places Demo which contained the demos for a future concept album in which he had written a short novel to accompany. A few months later he released the first of a series of EP’s entitled In An Hourglass which features songs from over the past that he had written with the Icarus Secret and other projects. In the summer of 2012 he returned to being an active artist on the stage as well as the studio, playing with acts such as Blackout Summer, The Alright, Chris Loveland, and Il Cliche. Shortly after his return to being fully active he released a single featuring his songs Last Call(which was later featured on When This Ends) and Forgive Me(which is said to be on the upcoming album My Wayward Life). At the same time he released the first split EP with his good friend Michael Klein, through West Clark Records. In the spring of 2013 he released the When This Ends EP on clear blue cassette tapes and digitally through West Clark Records. This was followed by the release of the second split with Michael Klein on Mother’s Day of 2013. Via twitter he announced that My Wayward Life was in the works along with another EP which hasn’t been named yet to be out early-2014. Joe currently endorses This Is Local Love apparel and is signed to his own label West Clark Records.
