Well, I'm a man of the mountain
I'm just made of dirt
Of this earth, I traveled
Like a shepherd and his herd

He is a soulful and energetic performer who brings the best of what people love about music together in one total package: great stage presence and quality sound. His guitar is powerful and inviting in a way that makes you want to hear more. He also has the ability to create an exciting atmosphere anywhere. He can deliver his message on a broadly appealing level with a sincerity that comes through every note and every word.

“The lyrics were inspired by the Chilean miners who were rescued after being trapped for so long. I did a lot of research on miners, and I was struck by what brutal work they do. These guys lead tough lives and they have two choices: risk death or starve. That’s some hard stuff that most people don’t have to face.” Joe Bonamassa talk about this song in http://www.musicradar.com
