    well, after neglecting lastfm for years. i'm just stepping in to keep things updated. PERSONALLY i don't mind sharing a page with another joe black. we have the same name, so we share a page. simple. last fm can't split it. i don't mind. i get messages on facebook all the time mistaking me for him (people obviously don't look at photos) i would find it very funny if he got messages from people thinking he was me, as well. ON ANOTHER NOTE. can someone change my pictures? they're very old and i don't look like that any more. i look a bit more mental. and i think that if fans of the rapper find the current pictures embarrassing then the new ones would really tip them over the edge. hope everyone is well and enjoying the new satan in a sunday hat cd! ps - DELETING MY OLD EP STUFF AS ITS AWFUL. why did i ever make those songs?! terrible.

    i just looked on myspace and there are like 9 joe blacks making music, at least four of them with roughly equal sized fanbases (two of whom are the ones whose fans have been debating so furiously on here), so in all fairness a picture showing all the joe blacks and a feed to each of their respective blogs rather than one is the most sensible way to solve this solution, one artist shouldn't have dominance over the page, and in the case of several acts picking the same name, each should be summed up as briefly as possible in order to fit them all in the description before the person visiting the page has to click 'read more', but also each should be described fairly - the rapper chap (who i haven't met) has nothing written about him at all whereas the accordion chap (who i have met, and indeed worked with) is called "a growling, piano & accordion playing vaudevillian extraordinaire" which simply reeks of bias. Please rectify in the name of everyone getting along nicely... or i will cry
