Jimmy Buffett is a singer-songwriter, author, entrepreneur, and film producer. He is best known for his music, which often portrays an "island escapism" lifestyle. Together with his Coral Reefer Band, he plays Country, "Gulf & Western", and Tropical Rock.

Zac Brown Band is an American country music, southern rock, and folk band formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 2002.

Together, the two groups performed live on Country Music Television (CMT) on a episode titled "CMT Crossroads: Jimmy Buffett and Zac Brown Band". The episode premiered March 19, 2011 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CMT. They were presented an award for Performance of the Year at the 2011 CMT Awards on June 8, 2011 for their collaboration on Buffett's classic hit "Margaritaville".

An unofficial, user-created album contains 7 tracks from the performance. This was made from extracting the audio from a TV-rip of the program, and is of low quality. No official release exists of this performance.
