Valleys of Neptune is a posthumous studio album by American psychedelic rock musician Jimi Hendrix. It was released in the United Kingdom on March 8, 2010 and in the United States on March 9, 2010 by Legacy Recordings. The album includes 12 previously unreleased recordings[1]. The title track was released as the album’s lead single on February 9, 2010. The remainder of the album features previously unreleased recordings of popular Hendrix songs, such as “Fire” and “Red House”, and studio versions of previously released live tracks, including “Lover Man” and “Hear My Train a Comin’”. “Bleeding Heart” was released as the second single from the album as a digital download on March 1.
