Hailing from Byron Bay in the beautiful north coast of NSW, Jez is a hard working guitarist/singer/song-writer, & passionate live performer. Jez is driven by a devotion to rythym and melodic experimentation. Percussive guitar, stomp-box and strong smokey vocals make for a big, full sound from this dymanic and intimate performer.

Jez has supported a wealth of Australian bands including: Midnight Oil, The Waifs, The Celibate Rifles, The John Butler Trio, Renee Geyer, The Cruel Sea, Tex Perkins, Mick Hart, The Beautiful Girls and more.

Jez’s 2006 album “I Got To Stay Up Late Today” has been release under his full name Jez Mead.
