Famous Blue Raincoat is " the" Cohen album her style meshes perfection of a kind to Leonard's Lyrics. Nothing comes close until Coehn's "Live in London" with some of the best players ever.

By the time she recorded "Famous Blue Raincoat" her singing had matured considerably compared to her early work. Her voice on this album is superb. The album is one of my favorites.

Have it, the whole album is worthy, but the top three tracks are superb, imho.

Jennifer Warnes is a wonderful singer - I'm always moved by the beauty of her voice and her deliveries are always intelligent and adequate to the songs. I wish she was more visible and would make more records.
