Like Brussels, Jaune Toujours is an explosive mix of cultures, languages and styles of music: rock, chanson, ska, gypsy, balkan or brassband, anything goes. The band has an excellent live reputation in Belgium and abroad. Jaune Toujours play with their guts and aim at the audience's feet. Moreover, their intelligent and poetic lyrics translate a sincere social commitment.
In June of 2003, Jaune Toujours performed as supporting act to Manu Chao in Brussels and were sent to Norway to represent Belgium at the EBU festival in Førde. In Summer 2005, they played a lot of festivals in Belgium and also abroad: in Bremen at the Breminale (for Radio Bremen and Funkhaus Europa) and in London, during a short tour witch caught the attention of the English press (fROOTS, Time-Out, The Guide-The Guardian,…).
