This is the most punk rock thing I've heard in a long time. You've got elements of 70's heavy metal, blues, sonic youth-esque post-punk, surf rock, superchunk-esque power pop, and modern pop-punk blended into a crazy mix.

Fantastic album. I ruined it a bit by overplaying the shit out of Younger Us before the album came out. No regrets.

I gave it another try and I'm stunned by the total lack of energy that I feel from this thing. Post-Nothing is as good as ever, though.

I found it really enjoyable actually this is a great album, I can understand how you could be disappointed as it does sound similar to post-nothing but I listened to the albums out of order and I love them both!

so incredibly disappointing. i may as well be listening to post-nothing because there was so little change in this one. the first one had a bit of an urgency behind it that gave it this push and now they're riding off the success of the first one and the magic is gone. it sounds the same without the energy to me, except without a stand-out track like 'i quit girls'. lame.
