    It's been years this thing goes on... Here's what I've found, googling around: "I've seen and heard that song too..a bootleg from Johnny Winter's then manager Steve Paul's club 'The Scene' in NYC in about '68..I had a cassette of it a couple of years later..that track wasn't on it..it was mostly a drunk Morrison sounding like he was flailing about on the floor with Winter and Hendrix dribbling on.."Tomorrow Never Knows" was on it..and others too horrible to ascribe to such talents..one formatted version of that song even suggests Syd Barrett was on it..O Boy." The funniest part is that it'll probably continue to spread over the Internet until the end of times! :-D
