Jake KaufmanBiography
Jake Kaufman (also known as virt) was raised in Miami, and has lived in San Diego, Seattle, Baltimore, and New Jersey. He works in NYC writing music and sound effects for mobile phone games. He has much more energy than he can spend at work, so he practices guitar, works on various side projects, and see what sort of trouble he can get into with freelance music jobs.
He remains active in the amateur music community that taught him the ropes and helped him build confidence. He arranges and performs classic videogame music, and started VGMix (http://www.vgmix.com) to encourage others to do the same.
