Jake Grier Holmes, Jr. (born December 28, 1939 in San Francisco, California) is an American folk-pop singer/songwriter and jingle writer who began a recording career in the 1960s.     It's not an either/or situation. Led Zeppelin are amazing but they need to pay royalties when the copyrighted work of others is used. Led Zeppelin have to pay royalties to Anne Bredon over "Babe I'm Going to Leave You" and to Willie Dixon's estate over "Whole Lotta Love". Jake Holmes and "Dazed and Confused" should be no exception.
