Biography

JD73 (short for JazzDoctor73) is the brainchild of Leeds based producer and multi-instrumentalist Dan Goldman. Dan has worked playing keys with many of the worlds top artists including spending 7 years on the road and in the studio with Morcheeba (and co-writing 3 tunes for their Dive Deep album).

Dan also played keys in Ty’s band, with musicians from the Jamiroquai band, The Cinematic Orchestra, and has released several singles on Nightmares on WaxWax On and his debut album Zeros and Ones came out on Ropeadope Digital imprint. JD73’s second longplayer named Boogie To The Rhythm is scheduled for release in 2010 and features artists including Nate James, Miss Modest, Ella May, John McCallum, and Fraser.

JD73 is also known as a remixer, having remixed artists including Bonobo, Corinne Bailey Rae Nicola Kramer and Nightmares on Wax.JD73 has also recently completed remixes for DJ Regal, Heads We Dance and The New Mastersounds.
