The band plays the fusion of a lot of metal genres, the best tag’s on them: stoner rock in a progressive style. IHM have released 4 full-albums: the “Rosenkreutz kémiai mennyegzője” (“The chemical wedding of Rosenkreutz”), “Szokásos hátborzongató korareggeli ordítás” (“The Regular Early Morning Yell of Horror”), “A kényelmetlen lemez” (“The inconvenient album”) and most recently “Ű” in 2010. The “The Regular Early Morning Yell of Horror” is a reference to Douglas Adams’ classic novel, Hitchhiker’s Guide to Galaxy.
The second album is probably more popular than their previous releases. After its release the hungarian media started to pay attention to them and all of the the critics were great reviews on the band’s work. “Szokásos hátborzongató korareggeli ordítás” contains some of their most known songs such as “Tavaszi nemződüh” (“Fathering Passion in Spring”) or “Kéjgáz” (“Nitrous Oxide” or “Laughing-gas”).
Before they’ve released their third full length album, the band was on hiatus for 2 years because of the members’ personal conditions. The new double disc entitled “A kényelmetlen lemez” sounds even more popular than their previous releases, altough the band didn’t make a compromise: the world wide unique style of Isten Háta Mögött is still unmistakable conserveted on the album. Even in a neutral point of view the band has a chance to become such a hungarian legend as Tankcsapda or Kispál és a Borz.
