Biography

Budaörs, Hungary (1996 – 2000)

There are at least four artist with the name Intense: a act, a band from Latvia, a band from Italy, and an band from Hungary.

1.- Intense (Beau Thomas, Dan Duncan, Simon Vispi) was one of the most archetypical sounds attached to the good days of Good Looking Records (though they recorded for other labels): moody breaks, melancholic synths, smooth progression and, sometimes, a sax provided by Molly Duncan. Though they have not released many tunes, the ones that appear in the many Good Looking/Looking Good compilations (specially Logical Progression 3, which has an a-side consisting of them Live) show that they were among the most talented of all, and maybe the ones with the most sense of melody.

2. - INTENSE ( Metal / Thrash / Death Metal band from Riga, Latvia)
In year of 2006., in Riga met three people Olegs Malorodovs (lead guitarist), Valentins Kudrjavcevs (ex-bass player) and Viesturs Vanags (drummer) from different towns of Latvia with one major target- make some music. Going through about 2 years of rehesaling, learning songs from other bands like Pantera, Metallica, Megadeth etc. and searching for the rest of the band members, finaly they found Arturs (vocals) and Janis Preiss (rythm guitarist) and the band officialy has been established in 3. dec. 2008.

I added the drum n bass group (at least it's older) to the biography page, as it is usually done with pages of artists that share the same name. Which is quite typical. There's no problem here.
