To be honest, I still find it overall as dull as when I bought it back at the time, which was a huge disappointment then to this Bunnymen fan, but it is worth keeping for Liz Fraser's angelic tones on the title track and the quite lovely I Know You Well. Otherwise pretty flat and uninspired, unfortunately. Not that it matters, but a measly 2 shouts (including mine) seems to suggest that is the consensus.

Gem of a record, one of the best of the 80s
