Responsible for still uncounted remixes and original tracks - plus working with artists all over the world - young and talented music producer and dj from Romania - HY2ROGEN prides himself with a music career starting ever since he was a little boy, stimulated by his parents' love for music.
Even though the access to all sorts of studio equipment was granted even back in the days, he didn't actually got his hands on producing until around the age of 12 when he received his first personal computer and from that moment on everything was in a continuous evolution and consolidation of his skills and talent regarding electronic music.
The musical experiments were with drum&bass, hard style and trance only to end up oscillating around house music and it's sub genres.
With a big hope to get noticed, in 2007, HY2ROGEN started sending out demos to labels around the world and thankfully just after a while he had several releases of original tracks and remixes into the tops, dj charts and playlists with very dancefloor-familiar labels like: Kingdom Kome Cuts, Ministry of Sound, Plasmapool, Starlight, Pink Rabbit, Spinnin', Baroque, L8-Night Records, Defected, Ultra and many more.
Officially, HY2ROGEN remixed a lot of mainstream artists including Paul Thomas, Steve Angello, D.O.N.S., Yves Larock, Lissat & Voltaxx, Thomas Gold, September, Patrik la Funk, Ida Corr, DJ Bam Bam, Danny Merx, Matthias Menck, and many others…
The fall of 2008 brought a big launch of his very own label "Hy2rogen Music" - a new headquarter meant to control the
release dates and revenues of his music. This year would also mark the time when he met his partner 'in crime' - Fr3cky.
HY2ROGEN is also responsible for Hy2rogen Samples and Pressure Samples, wich came to life through Beatport's prestigious SoundsToSample.com portal.
Starting 2010 he's been succesfully releasing house music sample packs under the Hy2rogen belt over at S2S and simultaneously being responsible for the content of several sample packs from Sample Magic.
Though most of his fans or fellow EDM producers would tag his tracks as progressive house and tech house, HY2ROGEN will
always find himself confortable by experimenting other genres and inovating new sounds.
Keep your ears sharp for this guy in the following year!
