Biography

Hailing from Brooklyn, NY and led by the duo singers/guitarists, Derek Watson and Isabel Almeida, their sound is at once heavy and concurrently accessible. The duo mixes boy/girl harmonies with catchy guitars, and their songs tend to get stuck in your head before you even finish listening to them. Somewhere along the way they got with Nick Zinner of Yeah Yeah Yeahs to mix their EP Hands On Fire.

    Hi everyone, the Chicago sludge Hunters have changed their name to Encrust and are releasing their record under that name this fall, change ya tags please. Looks like they were threatened with a lawsuit by the Brooklyn babies.
