You promised me the ends of the Earth but I don't want that
I just want you to feel the belief of a man
They say that love is drunk but drunk don't let you far
All I want is the you that pulls me back

Vocal is very much as Geddy Lee from Rush, your thoughts?

I think the closest comparison should be with Space's "Magic Fly".

Agree with the Depeche Mode comparison below. The synthetic voice choirs are sublime and SO New Order! Love this song :)

This is why Hot Chip owns all of these other electronic/dance/synth/white-soul acts; they pretty much give you Depeche Mode through 1m15s - and then show the Scissor Sisters how to do 'electrisco', and then put it all together with their superior vocal and rhythmic-mixing work. Also feels like something you might hear on a Crazy Penis album ... which brings things full circle. Really good song - really good album.
