Biography

Homecut Directive, the North of England’s best kept Hip-Hop secret, released their debut single “Come The Revolution” (featuring Corinne Bailey-Rae) in March 2004 after five years of gigging, recording, freestyling and generally “putting the hip in Hip-Hop” (North Guide). Over the years this six-man live Hip-Hop crew have developed one of the UK’s finest live shows, supporting Black Twang, People Under The Stairs, Fingathing & Ty. With regular shows at The Hifi Club in Leeds & Sheffield’s Tuesday Club, Homecut are currently recording new material for release in 2007.
