Ask for It is the first EP by alternative rock band Hole. The EP —released in 1995 — contains tracks from a November 19, 1991 John Peel session for the BBC, a March 1992 recording session for a Wipers tribute album, and a live performance at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood on February 11, 1992.

Oh come on subhead, "Over the Edge" is a great cover. It's an obvious reference to Courtney's Portland roots, she's said the first thing she saw when she was driving into Portland as a teenager was "WIPERS" spray painted on the Burnside Bridge.

all of these songs are live versions, save for over the edge, which is a tight and underrated cover.
