–Bruce Lee Dan Padilla is Gene Doney, Davey Quinn, J Wang, and Matty. They live in San Diego, California and formed in 2005. Davey and J. are also in Tiltwheel. Gene’s a full-time graphic designer. Matty’s in Madison Bloodbath.
There are two artists with the name Drunken Boat. 1.) Copping their name from a Rimbaud poem, New York's Drunken Boat emerged from the same downtown '80s scene that spawned Bongwater, King Missile and Hypnolovewheel. Led by poet Todd Colby and featuring the twin guitars of Steve Gross and Todd Serbousek, Drunken Boat merged Colby's literary sensibility with driving off-kilter indie rock.

Bent Outta Shape started in 2004 with the first line up of Jamie Ewing, Matt Callahan, Ian Campbell and Ren Khodzheyev. They did a tour of the states and released the self titled record and split with Drunken Boat.

The band describes themselves as country, and their Gram-Parsons-tribute name and their adulation of Merle Haggard is just part of this.
