They're cutting down trees
They're putting up reindeers
And singing songs of joy and peace

Herbie Hancock has a way of bringing some great talent together. I love this cover and the Norah Jones cover on this album.

@jane_eyre07 silly girl. Corinne's vocals are EVERYTHING. she has the most beautiful voice.

This is such an impressive cover. I love Herbie's arrangement of this song, which is one of my favorite songs of all time. Yet, I have to agree with tm351. I'm not a huge fan of Corinne Bailey Rae's vocals.

If I'm not mistaken the vocalist is Corinne Bailey Rae who just sings it her own way. You can catch a live version of this on the "Live at Abbey Road" series on More 4 or 4 Music in the UK. In the same set Herbie does Edith & the Kingpin with Melody Gardot on vocals that is just sublime.
