"Startariot" so far would have to be the gayest hard rock track I've heard in 2016. These guys are all "has been's"

Fair enough. I like the new songs, but I'm not a massive fan of HellYeah. There are definitely 'better' bands out there for the same genre, but we probably have very different styles of listening to music. I'm always discovering new material and rarely listening to the same stuff over and over - so I never really have any high expectations because I'll be moving onto something new soon. I love pretty much everything I listen to :)

I just keep it on my charts for the plays & it was kind of like music I was trying to force myself to like... I used to know Tom Maxwell, well I still do but be fairly close/tight with him (like hanging out at his Hellyeah & Knives Out-gigs) for a period & we've kind of had a falling out but that aside... I always felt like I was shoving this music down my throat & I'm just really tired of it. The truth is doesn't even come close to touching the musical output of Pantera, Mudvayne or Nothingface & we now have a large enough body of work from the band to really make that assessment. Basically I was hoping the band would eventually get pissed off & genuinely angry & make a great record at some point but Unden!able definitely doesn't sound like the "The One" to me. The production of the music is almost identical to Blood for Blood. (Same guy Kevin Churko and everything.)

"These guys should've called it quits a long time ago..." Said the guy with 1,000 plays for their last album. Look at all of these posts, why so negative? Bands change all of the time. Surely someone with 4,500 plays for one artist is a big enough fan to adapt - or at least give it a decent chance.

X is lame. These guys should've called it quits a long time ago...

X is pretty badass, and surprisingly catchy :)

I expect "Unden!able" to be crummy. They should just become a Pantera, Mudvayne & Nothingface cover band

Hellyeah's problem has been that something about these songs/records they're making... these songs aren't all that memorable. They might be moderately fun to listen to for a short period of time but a couple years after the release... people couldn't care less. It's just what is to be expected when you come from bands like Pantera, Mudvayne & Nothingface. They haven't come close to making anything on-par with ANY of those bands yet. Just speaking the honest truth

Blood for Blood is a more ambitious record than the previous 3... I hope whatever they're currently working on is even better

Say what you want about the other records, but Blood For Blood is incredible.
