so this band indicates that Vinnie was the biggest dork in Pantera. He should be kissing Phil's ass for bringing them out of the glam bullshit era and becoming cool.

I'm a huge fan of Greg Tribbett's and Mudvayne but him and Maxwell being 'handcuffed' together definitely (in retrospect) yielded some meager/mediocre results... I enjoy those first 3 albums for what they are; but kiss that direction goodbye... "Blood for Blood" is the start of a New Chapter and an ENTIRELY New Era...One That I'm Super STOKED about

Chad, Vinnie and Tom ARE like brothers... by losing 2 members it just brought those 3 closer together... 3 brothers and now 2 like very close cousins... especially Kyle Sanders has always been one of their boys... Chad got his band Bloodsimple signed to Warner Brothers (his Bullygoat imprint) and Kyle was always touring with Hellyeah both in that band as well as Monstro... It was time to retool... having seen their first show (in Winston-Salem) since the album dropped... they're a RECHARGED & REJUVENATED BAND... without a doubt. These new guys have a lot more PERSONALITY, much more of a PRESENCE and TALENT. WATCH OUT

That's why I have 7,000+ Soilwork plays, right? "Hardest" band... what does that even mean? I'm friends or personally know almost every artist I listen to... that's just been the benefit of being a "fanboy".... real actual interpersonal connection with people through music. You know... the purpose of music, to begin with...

v your fanboyism really can make one puke, and if Hellyeah is the hardest, most awesome band you've ever heard i feel sorry for you.

If you don't know who Tom MAXWELL is and who NOTHINGFACE were... then you know nothing, imo. Nothingface will always be DEADLY... Hellyeah have just stepped up in a MAJOR-Way... give TOM some CREDIT & get with The PROGRAM

I'm not sorry for not knowing who played bass on the record, all I knew was that whoever use to play bass got replaced. I mean let's face it, who fuck really knows all the members of the band that isn't a die-hard "Hellyeah" fan? Vinnie Paul on drums, Chad Gray from Mudvayne on vocals. All you really need to know basically.
