vargtimme is "wolf hour", at four o'clock in the morning, when you some times wake up and can't fall asleep again, weary time of the night.

Vargtimmen (Hour of the wolf). It's the hour between night and dawn. In Swedish and Finnish folk religion it is the hour when most people die and are born.
