In 2003 J.Dark the founder of Hate Week was working with bands in Bristol on electro/rock projects, until seeing Suicide Commando at The 2004 Dour festival in Belguim.
Heavily influenced by the writing of George Orwell, and a new musical direction resulted in the formation of Hate Week.
In 2007 after moving to London a chance meeting brought Jonny Meth (Methaqualone/Tales Of Misery) and J.Dark together, and the Hate Week sound was born. A shared love of EBM/Goth and Metal fused the pair together inseperably.
2009 see’s the forth coming release of Hate Week’ first E.P. “Home Is Where The Hate Is”
