@noo_dog: Same here. I think this is Hüsker Dü's Murmur, both album covers pretty much have similiar colours :D

I give up. I prefer this to Zen Arcade. [2]

Finally bought the LP the other day, best investment in quite some time. Sounds great, crunchy guitar tone and all... I love this record.

I've listened to this a few more times, and while it's a decent album (at not by any means boring), I still think Zen Arcade blows it out of the water.

@Doppz, while I don't agree with you, I can see why you wouldn't find this good if you fell in love with the 'Zen Arcade Hüsker Dü'. Personally I think this is the better of the two but Zen Arcade is great too.

I can't be the only one that found this very boring -- can I? I really enjoyed Zen Arcade, too.

Am I the only one that think this sounds like Michael Stipe doing a punk album? I mean that in the best possible way.

My favorite album for many years, still remember all the songs from A to Z... Just thinking about Powerline makes me wonder where my old guitar is...

The best album in the history of ever. The artwork, the songwriting, the lyrics, the melody, the distortion. This is everything I love about music

On par with Zen Arcade. Not necessarily better.

I don't understand how people find this to be worse than Zen Arcade. I do understand how people find this better than Candy Apple Grey
