They should have put Two Weeks as the first track. Southern Point, as good as it is, doesn't do the job of opening the album. And Two Weeks on the other hand isn't the kind of song to follow Southern Point. But still one of my favorite album. While You Wait for the Others, Foreground, Ready Able, and Cheerleader are just awesome.
Anyone else feel that Two Weeks kind of breaks the flow of the album a little? I mean it's a great track and everything, but I always found it jarring to hear those plinky plonky piano chords all of a sudden after Southern Point's nice quite outro.
Exactly the same feeling @GreenKamo. It's been sitting in my library for so long now, but I just stuck it on play today and pretty much all of the tracks you mentioned fell through to me.
I still don't quite understand why this is hidden in the albums page though... being all secretive with their most popular album aye?
This album finally hit me today a year and a half after I first heard it. Such a slow grower! Two Weeks, Cheerleader, About Face, Ready, Able, I Live With You, and Foreground are all amazing songs, It's incredible that they're all on the same album.
