Greyson Michael Chance (born August 16, 1997) is a 13-year-old child singer from Edmond, Oklahoma, United States who catapulted to Internet popularity in May of 2010 with his live interpretation of Lady Gaga’s “

Paparazzi”. His performance, which was held at a local choir festival in April, won the attention of the producers of The Ellen DeGeneres show, who invited him to perform on the show on May 13, 2010. His debut single, “

Waiting Outside the Lines”, was released in October 2010. His debut album Hold On ‘Til The Night is scheduled for release August 2, 2011.
