Straight out of Cleveland, Ohio, Gravity is causing a stir in the progressive rock community with their melodic and technically-proficient instrumental music. Compared to successful artists such as Dream Theater, Rush, Joe Satriani, Symphony X and Periphery, the band’s self-released CDs and live shows continue to entrance listeners all over the world.
Since its formation, Gravity has achieved many accomplishments, including winning the Live Nation 2007 High School Rock Off, placing first out of 200+ Ohio bands; opening for prog veterans Dream Theater three times; peforming alongside Symphony X, Kamelot, Sonata Arctica, King’s X and Rhapsody of Fire; headlining the Three Rivers Progressive Rock Festival (3RP) with many well-known U.

GRAVITY is a consummate blend of artifice and self-revelation, an intricately crafted container of life– the longing, the dirt , the big love that comes and goes in one's life complete with internal dialogue, conflict and personal questioning. Much like the band's name suggests, GRAVITY is arguably less about making fans, as it is about making friends it champions by writing the soundtracks that unbinds their lives. For the past year the band has been tearing up many top tier venues across Canada and the U.S., sharing the stage with many notable acts such as Our Lady Peace, Candlebox, Crash Karma, My Darkest Days, Glass Tiger, Thornley, Hail The Villian, and many others. The band is currently recording material for their debut CD.
