    72, 73, 74 was a magical time for music. It was the best era for so many great, great bands - The Dead, Yes, Who, Floyd, Allmans. Unbelievable.

    who remembers the sam boyd stadium in vegas with heavy down pour only to be wisked away after the start of this gem. the sun coming through the clouds and the bitchen rainbows that followed. only the dead can change the weather!!!

    They pulled this song out to open at Tempe AZ 12/2/92. They hadn’t played it since 1974. I think they played it for the “heads” that got stuck in the NM blizzard on the way from previous shows in Denver. A lot of us missed the first show.
