leads me to believe,
there's a solitude you need.
And all of the things I say that you never understand,
we got together anyway just not quite the way we planned,
now as I run over that same moment in my mind,
there must be some other way for us to pass the time.
I'm really beginning to appreciate now the trip I took up to Austin that one time when I learned Granian was going to be coming through. His new stuff under the Kill the Alarm moniker is still great, but the style and the songs will never be quite the same again. Even the same old songs, like Uncovered and Collide, although somewhat improved in their Kill the Alarm form, are missing that something that initially attracted me to them. (probably why I would never go back and remix a song for the most part if I ever made music. Like writing a book, there's a point where you just need to step back and let go.)
