Straight off Wikipedia:
“A.M. 180” is a single by the American rock group Grandaddy released in 1998. The song features on the album Under the Western Freeway, which was released in 1997. It was originally titled “Rocket Like a Hurricane” before release.

In 2002, “A.M. 180” was featured prominently in the British film 28 Days Later, and is also used as the title music for the BBC Four series Charlie Brooker’s Screenwipe. The song has since been used on the television advert for Colin Murray’s radio show on BBC Radio 1. Perhaps more bizarrely, the tune was also used in a trailer for Clifford the Big Red Dog when undergoing a run on CBeebies on the BBC in the UK.

The track also appears in the trailer for the movie Pussbucket by Lisa Hammer.

Also in 2007, “A.M. 180” was featured on the soundtrack of the independent film, FreeLance.

In 2008 the song was used in the commercial to introduce the Dodge Journey in North America.

Don't change your name, keep it the same
For fear I may lose you again
I know you won't, it's just that I am unorganized
And I want to find you when something good happens
