Given Parkers general anti-sexist and progressive worldview expressed throughout his work, I would be shocked if this was intended as an anti-abortion song. Even taken on its own terms, the song does not to me communicate a sentiment against abortion, but is an expression of deep sympathy for someone going through an abortion. Being pro-choice does not mean you don't recognize the emotional impact of abortion. On the contrary, it's anti-abortion people who tend to demonize women who choose abortion and withold sympathy from them.

Anti-abortion? Listen to the lyrics "You can't be too strong, you decide what's wrong" Sounds pro-choice to me.
