Gottlieb Theophil Muffat (1690–1770) was an Austrian composer and organist; he was the son of Georg Muffat.
He studied with Johann Fux in Vienna from 1711 onward and was appointed court organist in 1717. He assisted in the performance of Fux's opera Costanza e fortezza in Prague.
